Terms of purchase
Cosmopharma AB markets and distributes beauty products during its own production of its own brand. The products will eventually only be manufactured in Sweden and we are constantly working to become even more climate-smart with short transports and minimalist materials and Swedish or Scandinavian raw materials.
We confirm that we have received your order by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after you have sent your order, it may mean that you may have written something wrong in the e-mail address. Contact us / email us with the correct e-mail address so we get the right information.

If you want to cancel all or part of your order, this must be done as soon as possible, as we send stocked goods the same day the order is received. If we have already sent your package, you will be charged for the shipping cost and return cost.
Goods out of stock
If a product that you wish to order is not in stock, this can not be ordered but must be re-ordered at a later time when the product has been in stock again.
All deliveries are made by BRING or Click & Collect at our warehouse. We normally send stocked goods the same day or the day after.
At Cosmopharma, you can choose to pay with Swish or Klarna and all payment methods they offer.
Complaint in case of allergies
Cosmopharma gives you as a customer or reseller a 60-day guarantee in the event of any allergies from the time you receive your package from Cosmopharma. This is an open purchase and you can get your money back or exchange it for another item in the same price range. You must make your complaint by sending an email to email@example.com.
For those of you who have not bought your products via our webshop but instead directly from one of our Retailers, instead make the complaint directly to the relevant retailer.
Right of withdrawal
Cosmopharma gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal * according to the Consumer Purchase Act from the day you receive your goods. This only applies to open purchases for unbroken, complete and clean packaging, then you get your money back or exchange for another item in the same price range. You are responsible for the return shipping both for the return to Cosmopharma, Västra Rydsvägen 122, 19631 Kungsängen, and the shipping out for the new product you want to exchange for.
You report your regretted purchase to our customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you as a customer have bought your product directly from a Reseller, you should turn to it, as the regret purchase in these cases is administered by the relevant Reseller.
* Right of withdrawal does not apply when the total value of the entire purchase is less than SEK 400
Complaint of product with defects or defects
A product with a manufacturing defect must be reported as soon as you discover the defect. You as a customer are obliged to examine the product immediately when you receive it in order to be able to quickly report it to us if something is wrong. You do this to email@example.com.
If you have bought your products directly through a Reseller, you should instead turn to them as the complaint is handled by them and not by Cosmopharma.
Terms and Conditions
When you have confirmed the purchase by sending your order, you have also approved our Purchase Terms and thus placed a binding order. All goods are Cosmopharma's property until we receive full payment. All false recurring orders or attempted fraud will be reported to the police immediately.
Our Terms of Purchase are subject to change without notice. As a customer, we ask you to take note of the current Terms of Purchase that we have available before your order. We naturally follow Swedish consumer legislation and apply the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines, thus following the Consumer Purchase Act, the Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act.
