Ann-Sofie Sahlqvist, Swedish Consultant in Cosmo Pharma on its fight against breast cancer
I am a mother of 4 children and 40 years old, struggling against my breast cancer. For seven years ago, I felt two lumps in the right breast. I did not think much of it then but the next day my colleagues sent me to the medical center and there began my long journey!
The doctors had to remove my chest and I got pills to slow the estrogen in the body. Menopausal symptoms of poor sleep, I got the bargain ... as if it was not enough with the cancer itself! Ten months later I got a new lump. Again, a malignant cancer tumors! Chemotherapy, radiation and a five-month treatment with nausea and hair loss as a result.
After all the hard treatments, I was finally fully recovered in August last year. Just today I feel really good full of energy and positive thoughts and life feels wonderful again!

Maren Vagnsnes Hillestad is a Norwegian Consultant in Cosmopharma. Maren has also managed to overcome breast cancer.
I got breast cancer in 2002. Had to remove the breast and got a cell poison and radiation. Lost the hair but not discouraged and mood. I had to be strong and I had many wonderful and nice positive people around me.
Got new outbreaks in 2008. This time also a breast operation. And Chemotherapy and radiation. I tried to keep up the good mood the both times. If you can it is important that you keep the positive thinking inside of you, and do not take any sorrows or think of bad endings in advanced. Today I am healthy and I try to keep up the good mood al the time.

Thanks to contributions from individuals and corporations had thankfully research already got so far that both Ann-Sofie and Marens lives could be saved. But it is a hugely stressful treatment and still die far too many of breast cancer. Join in and make a difference by shopping your products from Cosmopharma in October.
